JY Carbon recently completed the shipment of 1,500 tons of electrode paste for an industrial customer in the Middle East. The order represents a large-volume export program requiring coordinated batch preparation, packaging, loading and shipping arrangements.
Large-Volume Electrode Paste Supply
Electrode paste is not selected by shipment volume alone. The required formulation, supplied form and inspection basis should be matched to the customer’s furnace application, electrode system and operating requirements.
For a large order, specification consistency and batch identification become especially important. The purchase documents should clearly define the applicable product specification, test method, packaging format, shipment sequence and document requirements.
Order and Shipment Coordination
A 1,500-ton program may involve multiple production and loading batches. Each batch should remain connected to its package identification and applicable inspection records so that the customer can organize receiving, storage and furnace-side use.
The shipment schedule, packaging arrangement, container plan and destination requirements were coordinated according to the agreed order terms. Commercial or customer-identifying information is not disclosed in this public shipment update.
Preparing a Similar Electrode Paste Inquiry
Customers planning a regular or large-volume electrode paste purchase should provide:
- Furnace type and smelting application
- Electrode dimensions or system information
- Required paste form
- Current specification and test methods
- Monthly or annual demand
- Preferred packaging
- Destination port
- Required inspection and export documents
- Proposed delivery schedule
This information allows the supplier to review technical fit, production planning, packaging and shipment requirements on the same basis.
