Jiyang Carbon Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Jincheng, Shanxi Province — a core carbon electrode manufacturing hub in China with established coal and carbon industry infrastructure. The company specializes in the R&D, production, and export of electrode paste and carbon electrodes, serving as a leading source manufacturer in the industry.
Over more than two decades, the company has been driven by independent R&D, holding 15+ proprietary formulations and process patents. With an annual capacity of 25,000 metric tons, its products are exported to 30+ countries and regions across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Latin America — serving high-end applications in ferroalloy smelting, steel-making, and non-ferrous metal electric furnaces.
Jiyang Carbon operates as the exclusive global export division and international face of our manufacturing headquarters, Yangcheng Beifeng Carbon Co., Ltd. While Jiyang Carbon handles all international logistics, global customer service, and cross-border operations, our production, R&D, and ISO-certified quality control are deeply rooted in our domestic manufacturing base.

We retain full in-house control over every step that defines product performance — raw material screening, proprietary formulation, mixing, kneading, molding and extrusion, machining, and final QA. For graphitization — a high-energy commodity heat-treatment step — we partner with audited, ISO-certified facilities. This is the same vertical-specialization model used by leading European and Japanese carbon makers. The result: tighter cost control, scalable lead times, and a smaller carbon footprint — without ever exposing our formulation IP.
